Are you familiar with Sedona Vortex? In today's post, we are following allong on a Sedona Vortex experience with Lilou Mace.
By the way, follow their channel for interesting videos.
Every year, people are doing pilgrimages to the mytical places of the Vortex.
Places that are known for healing properties and spiritual growth.
But what is it, you might wonder? Well, today, we are gonna dig a little deeper in the question.
Buckle up for a tour on one of the most talked about places in the spiritual field.
We have such a treat guys, because on this juicy living tour, we've stopped in Sedona.
We ran into the “Indiana Jones of Sedona” here, and I am ready for adventure.
I just thought you know, it would be great to do one of those interviews on vortex.
What is a vortex and how can we know if there's a vortex here and so forth?
Then someone just introduced this man from the conference that just took place in Sedona.
He's called “Mr.Vortex”, have written a book that sold 75,000 copies, and that are here to guide us.
So we have the best of the best!
Thank you it's great to be here with you.
What is a Vortex?
So tell us, Are we in a vortex right now, and what is a vortex?
Well it's a fascinating question, and I first got interested because I was driving across the country one day with my mother on my way to graduate school.
We had an amazing experience when we were in here, and she cried for the whole day, so I made a vow that I would try to figure out what was going on here.
I just happened to devoted my life to it since then, and for more than 15 years now, I've guided about 5,000 people.
I think we've learned some things that people who want to visit Sedona might want to know about.
Rather than just a place for tourists to visit, I think it's appropriate to think of Sedona as a sacred site.
I've visited sacred sites in more than 50 countries, and this has all of the key elements.
It has the natural beauty that we often find in places like this, and more than that, native peoples around the world always have a word for the energy that is real but not necessarily physical.
You see, part of why people misunderstood what was happening in Sedona, is because we are looking for something physical.
We looked for magnetic energy, we looked for electricity, and those things just aren't here so it's silly to keep pretending that's the case.
However, what is here, is something else and it's a kind of spiritual energy.
A subtle energy is what we call it.
It's something that every human being has access to.
In fact, we find that people who are more open to their feelings, are much more likely to be open to subtle energy.
It's probably why more often women than men, (yeah more often people who are in touch with their creativity and their imagination), are more capable of feeling what's here.
That doesn't mean that, if you're a man and you're a lawyer, you can't feel it.
Everybody has a fair chance, which means that, it's not fair to judge someone on how spiritual they are by what they're feeling.
Each person is unique and each person has access to this.
So Each Person Would Feel the Vortex Differently?
Absolutely, and many people will feel nothing at all except they'll feel really good to be here.
I recommend that people take the pressure off of it.
Don't try to levitate on the first try, it usually doesn't work.
Instead, if you will just come and have a good time.
Realize that you already are a spiritual person.
A place doesn't make you spiritual, and when you accept the feelings that you're having, then you'll also realize that you are the only expert in your energy.
Don't listen to what I say or what other experts say about what's going on here.
Listen to yourself!
Have your own experience here, and that's why I'm so excited.
Sedona is not a place where you have to get to the top of the mountain to have the experience.
You don't have to meditate for 10 years in a cave before you're capable of having the experience.
Just come here, have fun, be in touch with nature and let it talk to you.
See how you respond back to it, and you are having a spiritual experience.
So Is There Big Vortexes And Small Vortexes?
That's a great question, however, it's quite a misunderstanding, thinking of it as ONE place.
In the past, people thought it was a physical place, so they were looking for spots to stand on.
No “X Marks the Spot”
The truth is that, there are no X's and no spirals on the rocks to look for.
In fact, now that I've taken more than 5,000 people out here on the land, I can say that, if you are sensitive to subtle energy, you'll probably feel it everywhere when you are in Sedona.
I know, because when my mother visits, I have to follow her around with a box of Kleenex.
The only way I can measure how powerful the place is, is by counting the number of Kleenex it takes for her to stop crying. (Laughing)
The truth is that the energy is widespread throughout Sedona, so sensitive people may feel it everywhere and people who are less sensitive may not feel it at all.
With that said, everyone seems to feel good when visiting Sedona.
Just don't get hung up on a spot that you're standing on.
It's not about what's out there, it's about what's in yourself.
It's about how we're feeling inside.
Might the Beautiful Place Fool Us?
Do people think that they feel something, just because Sedona is so beautiful?
Well, if you think it's beautiful and you feel harmonic, that's enough.
What a lot of people think, who aren't as in touch with their emotions, is they think that they're pretending.
They are afraid that they're making it up, and guess what, if you recognize what you're feeling and you're okay with it, you're doing this just fine!
Is There More Famous Vortexes?
There are more famous places, I want to tell you about them right now.
The first rule is, not to worry where ever you go, what makes it spiritual is you and your experience.
We're in fact there right now.
Point Cannon is another and of course Bell Rock is one that many people are interested to see.
We have so many visitors to Sedona.
Explore and Find Your Own Special Places In the Vortex
My advice is to get out and find your own places.
We have like hundred trails here.
You can find the places that nobody ever gets to.
Places that don't mean something for others, but may make you feel something extraordinary.
Those are places I like to bring people to, to have their own spiritual experience.
Scientifically, what we can tell is by tracking individual people's experiences.
Thousands of People Can't Be Wrong
If you have something happen to thousands of people, you know something's going on.
What's difficult to prove still is, who is it happening to exactly and where?
What we've been able to figure out is, some people are more sensitive to these energies.
People have gotten stuck thinking that it's physical, thinking that it's from the minerals or some magnetic fields.
I've worked with two geologists here, and there's zero magnetism here.
It's also why we got stuck on these specifical spots.
People have put too much attention on trying to get to a couple of the right places.
It's because one or two people went there and told everybody about it.
People then think it's only working at those places.
I just spoke last night to group of 15 people and each of them shared their experiences.
It was amazing because they had things happen to them all over this area.
It would be a shame if people get stuck on just going to one or two places, when there are dozens of them here.
This really is a place where you can visit and focusing on listening to your inner voice.
Miracles Happen Every Week Here
I've seen this happen so many times from people who wanted to quit smoking, to a couple that was trying to have a baby.
We see miracles happen here every week, and it can happen for anybody.
There doesn't seem to come down to the people making these miracles happen.
They're willing to wish for it.
Like an outdoor church
Sedona is like an outdoor church, it's like a holy place out in the nature.
I wanted to make a change in my life, I wanted to do work that I would love for the rest of my life, and trust me, I was on a very different career path as an diplomat abroad.
I was also a financial consultant. Not very good training to be an outdoor guy, but I made a decision.
A decision that I would only do work that I love for the rest of my life, and since then, I've been leading spiritual adventures around the world.
